The Channels Price Breakdown Summary Report allows you to analyze your pricing across all sales channels. This report provides detailed insights, visual graphs, tabular data, and flexible export options to help you make informed business decisions.s.
You can find this report under Bookings menu option.
Using Save new View related options you can save any applied filter and then user later to avoid wastage of time. You'll be able to save a new view, update or delete your current view or set the view to your default view.

Top chart gives a visual representation of the channels related information for whole year and each month represents no of bookings count per channel or on basis of selected filter options.
Channel Price Breakdown Report Table
Table contains different columns and by default shows all the bookings created in particular year. Below is explanation of each column appearing on this report:
Source: This is channel name from which booking is coming (Airbnb, BDC, Expedia, VRBO etc)
Inquiry Id: This is inquiry id sent to us via API Channel.
Status: This is status of booking (Confirmed, Cancelled etc).
Guest: This is guest name who made this booking request.
Rental: This is property name for which booking is made.
Checkin: This is date when guest will checkin.
Checkout: This is date when guest will checkout.
Booked: This is date when booking is created.
Nights: Total No of nights of booking.
Guests: Total No of guests (Adults + Kids) of booking.
Nightly Rate: This is base amount of the booking.
Total Nightly Rate: Formula for this column is Nightly Rate x Total No. of nights
Taxes (GST): This is tax amount coming to us from Channels directly.
Host Fee: This is Host Fee coming to us from Channels directly.
Cleaning Fee: This is cleaning fee coming to us from Channels directly.
Linen Fee: This is Linen fee coming to us from Channels directly.
Payment Fee: This is Payment fee coming to us from Channels directly.
Host Payout: This is booking total including all taxes/discounts etc.
Guest Payout: This is total amount paid by guest.
