Integrating Tokeet with Localbird

  1. If you’re new to Localbird, the first step is to create your Host account. Visit this page: https://localbird.io/partners/ and complete the sign-up process. It’s 100% free and only takes a few minutes to get your account setup. Once your account is ready, you will be taken to the PMS connection page.

  2. If you already have a Localbird account:

  • Next,

    • Select “Connect” in the next screen:

3. Select “Tokeet” from the PMS dropdown:


4. Select “Connect your PMS”

5. Login to your Tokeet account:

6. Approve Localbird’s access to your account

Localbird will now sync your listing and bookings from Tokeet. The final step is to review and approve the automated message Localbird will send to your guests, which will include a link to your personal, branded Localbird Landing Page. To review and approve the automated messages, login to your Localbird dashboard, and click “Automated Messages”.


How to disconnect Locabird integration with Tokeet?

  1. Login to your Localbird Partner Dashboard: https://localbird.io/host-partners

  2. Go to “My Partner Profile”

3. Select “Disconnect PMS”:
